Guides for customers

To help your customers get started making ad-hoc bookings or requesting a contract, there are guides for these available in the booking system.

The links to these guides are shown in a number of different places as described in the following sections.

Welcome View

When a customer first registers, they are presented with a welcome view with buttons to request a contract or create an ad-hoc booking. This view also contains links to the guides as shown below:

My Bookings View

If the customer has not yet made any ad-hoc bookings, a link to the guide for making ad-hoc bookings is shown.

My Contracts View

If the customer has not yet requested a contract, a link to the guide for requesting a contract is shown.
